HERE’S WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Good appearance and great attitude!
- Great interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as a reliable, consistent team player.
- Reliable, drug-free, and honest with verifiable employment references;
- At least three years verifiable experience performing residential and light commercial HVAC service and repair with good diagnostic ability.
- A complete set of hand tools and tools of the trade.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass drug test and background check.
- Associates degree / HVAC certificate or NATE certification are pluses.

REQUIREMENTS
- MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS experience required!
- A valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- MUST PASS drug test and background check!
