Thanks to their explanations, and Silence's repairs and service, I was able to determine that my existing system can continue, and now I know when a new system will be required. 11/12/25 - I had my semiannual maintenance check by a friendly tech named Antonio Liberal. He discovered a non-functional UV lamp and set up an appointment for me for the next day. David Ugarte came out the next day and replaced it. David was very personable and got the job done pretty quickly. I would not use any other HVAC service company.
