Jose was awesome and professional.
I had a ton of issues with my AC unit. I ended up just replacing it. Jose was the technician that installed the new unit. He was awesome. He was right on time, introduced himself, shook my hand, and immediately went to work. He directed his helper on what to do and began removing the old unit. Throughout the day, he would check in with me and let me know where they were at. They ran into some issues, which wasn't their fault but my cheap builder's, but was able to take care of everything. It was a long day for them, especially on a Saturday, but they got everything done. Now my new AC is up and running and so much nicer. Jose was polite, respectful, and very professional. If you are going to get Precision to do any AC work, make sure you ask for Jose to be the tech.
