I want to give a professional shout out to Mr. Ramiro Espinoza for coming to my home and explaining to me why I needed a new HVAC system. He explained the financial situation to me in very nice detail and I didn't feel pressured on going with his company. What sold me was that I had questions and he answered them even on the weekends. He basically walked me through the whole process all the way up to the delivery and installation of my new HVAC system and then said you can always reach out to me if you have any questions and I will gladly assist. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to the installation technicians Edgar Gutierrez and Jose Elias for explaining to me what they have done and walked me around where the AC unit was installed and gave me a quick class on my new unit. They were very professional along the way and their customer service was the best. I will definitely recommend this company for your future HVAC needs.

Precision Heating & Air Were Life Savers
Precision Heating & Air were life savers this summer. My HVAC broke catastrophically two weeks ago, and not only was Precision one of the few companies in town who answered my emergency call on a Sunday afternoon — they made me feel reassured with efficient, quality service. I was given several options for a quote, and within 36 hours the techs were performing a full system replacement. Everything from start to finish was smooth, I felt the price was fair for the product and service, and I now have an excellent HVAC keeping my home cool in the summer/warm in the winter.

Eric was very pleasant and informative about our system. He completed the inspection, including cleaning the coils of our A/C unit, in about an hour. He also provided us with suggestions on improvements we could make for better air quality without any pushy sales pitch. Overall, a great experience.
