She clearly explained her findings and my options with my now aging system. On a follow-up visit, at my request she brought Silas Hatcher, Home Comfort Advisor, who clearly explained options and costs at such time when my system will need replacement. Thanks to their explanations, and Silence's repairs and service, I was able to determine that my existing system can continue, and now I know when a new system will be required. I highly recommend Precision/Fox services based on this experience.
