Eric from Precision took such good care of our family this week! Eric was friendly and helpful. He identified and corrected our heating unit’s malfunction quickly, then came back the next day to check on how the unit was working after the correction. There had been the possibility of a part requiring replacement (the cost of which I was dreading paying out), but when Eric returned to check on how the unit was faring after he’d made his corrections the previous day, he discovered it was now working perfectly, and advised me there was no need to replace parts.
I’ve had some really, really bad experiences with other local heat/AC companies in the past. I eventually found Precision in 2016, and I have been using their services loyally ever since.

They sent the same tech, Eric, out to repair the system and got the system working before the cold front arrived.
