Outstanding Experience
The whole process from estimate to contract negotiation to install was outstanding from the other seven (yes, 7) estimates I got. Devan (sales manager) and Gage (install) were extremely thorough, informative, and responsive to questions the whole way. I entirely replaced a 3-head variable mini-split system including new linesets and wiring in a two-story condo. The install (4 days) was done cleanly and professionally, including a final walk-through and QC follow-up in a couple of weeks. I even got assistance repairing all the drywall cuts after the job was done. The only caveat is that they are a Lennox equipment vendor, so you are fairly tied to only that brand for a new install/replacement; but the service warranty and the entire sales/install experience made it worth it to me.

This was our first time using Precision Heating and Air. Ismael Garcia was excellent, identifying the problem with the mini split in my workshop and resolving it. He answered all my questions and made recommendations on how to prevent the condensate tray from backing up. Ismael definitely deserves a lunch on us.
