The Precision technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated that they put on shoe covers and were dressed professionally. The problem with the AC was identified quickly, fixed, and they reset the thermostat while removing unnecessary alerts. He checked both filters in the attic and removed the indoor filters while educating us on how often to change these and why indoor filters should not be used. He represented your company well!

Jason and Wayland were incredible (both of them had visited the house to service our various AC/heating units before). Fixed the problem with the AC in no time.
