Antonio did a great job. We had Precision install a softstart on our older compressor - what used to be a gigantic window-rattling THUNK and boom has now become a nice quiet click, and then voila, it's started. I'm sure our neighbors appreciate it too.
I'm looking forward to this softstart making that compressor last quite a few more years. I had to go through two compressors on my previous unit - that's no fun, especially if they're out of warranty. I thought I'd do something about it ahead of time, this round.
Antonio installed it in minutes with no problems at all. He does great work!

After I had been told that the replacement part for my AC (still under warranty) would not be here for another 7 days, I called Adam, the service tech that diagnosed the problem 4 days ago, and asked for help.
