Excellent Service! My air conditioner had stopped cooling and I called Precision and set up an appointment on Monday morning. The service man “Derek” was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. I thought the main problem was the capacitor and I was right. He replaced it and serviced the equipment. I also told him that one of my son’s room was not cooling. He found that the air duct was split between two rooms, so he fixed that problem, too. He also fixed a valve that was not letting the air conditioner work efficiently. I am very pleased with the service he gave me and plan on setting up a service plan in the spring with them.
