The Best Austin Air Conditioning & Heating Company!! Corey came out Friday night after hours and had our air conditioner temporarily up and running. Due to the age and many problems he suggested and quoted a new system. John and Gary were here the next day installing our new unit. I have lived in Austin for many years and have never experienced service like Precision Heating & Air offers, I would recommend them to everyone!!

I went out to run some errands today and came back to a very HOT house!!!! I wasn't sure who to call , but after doing a little research I thought I'd give Precision a try. I knew I couldn't spend even one night with out AC. Cory (or maybe it's Corey) called me within 10 minutes of my online service request and was out within the hour. He was very cordial and helpful and was able to fix the problem!! The house is cooling off as I type!!! Thanks soo much!!!! I appreciate it more than you know!!!!

It was Sunday morning and i awoke to a HOT HOUSE my wife was upset... so i found Precision they had great reviews so i called they sent out a tech who was very nice, unfortunately the compressor was out after waying our options we decided to replace the whole air conditioning system a few hours later Jon and Gary showed up very nice young men who worked very well to get the job done 100% all is now well and as promised here is your review ... THANKS PRECISION HEATING & AIR From One HAPPY COUSTUMER!!

wow. it was so hot in my house i couldn' t stand it. After calling several ac companies that didn't answer i finally called the right people. the guys at precision heating and air came out within the hour and had my unit fixed and running in no time. Corey was a very fast and thorough worker. he fixed my unit in no time and now we can sleep tonight. I usually don't write reviews but these people offer outstanding service with a no bull approach. if i ever have problems again they will be the only air conditioning company i will call. i recommend them to my Friends and family

A Great Air Conditioning Company!! A++ with our old system on its way out we decided to replace our air conditioner Jon and Gary came out very professional. both John and Gary are very nice and work great together we highly recommend this company and ask for the JG crew!!! Thanks Precision!

I know, I just wrote a review, But as luck would have it we had to call Precision again on Monday night when our A/c decided it had more ailing parts. After a very informative discussion with Cory We decided instead of throwing another band-aid on an inefficient 9 year old builder grade A/C. we would let Precision put in new more efficient compressor. But only if He sent his best crew. Well, at least I got a great A/c at a Great Price, as for the crew........... Just kidding -Jon and Gary were awesome , very fast, clean, strong Representatives of their company's goal to proved excellent service. If you have to take that big sting of redoing any of your A/c or heater stuff, I wouldn't hesitate to tell any one to call Precision.

AC was working fine when we left the house at 4:30 pm. Got home about 7:30 and it was blowing hot air. Called several AC places that were suppose to be 24/7 - but they couldn't get here before sometime the next day. Precision air had a tech call me within 20 minutes of my call AND Derrick was here within 15 minutes or so after that. He was professional, courteous and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He replaced the capacitor and once again we had cool air. Derrick answered every question and the price was very fair, especially for 9 pm at night and a Sunday. Would recommend Precision anytime and will definitely keep them in mind if we need to replace our unit (hopefully not for a while).

When my family and I arrived home from a friend's get-together, around 9:30pm on Sunday evening 8/28, Our AC wasn't running outside. I have a two year old, a 7 year old, and a 10 year old, so we needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called several AC places that were also supposed to be 24/7 - but they couldn't get here before sometime the next day, or day 1/2. Derrick called me within 20-30 minutes of my call and he arrived at our house within an hour or less. He was very professional, very friendly, courteous and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He replaced the capacitor and once again we had cool air. Derrick answered every question and the price was very fair, especially for 9:30 pm at night and even on a Sunday. I WILL definitely recommend Precision and will definitely keep them in mind if we need to replace our unit, which unfortunately is not that far away. LH. Round Rock, TX

My A/C went out on Sunday afternoon on a weekend when it was 110 outside. I called Precision and Corey was at my house within 15 minutes. In another 5 minutes he had the capacitor replaced and my A/C was blowing cold air again. Outstanding service, especially considering it was a Sunday afternoon (4pm) when I called. I will definitely be calling Precision the next time I have trouble (although I hope it won't be any time soon!)

I knew I needed new A/C equipment, but I was trying to make the existing units work as long as possible. So when the Precision serviceman came out I expected the standard speech about how my equipment was beyond repair. I'm happy to report that he did get the outside compressor up and running without pushing me to buy anything new. --Since my A/C was barely cooling before it broke completely, I asked him to check the freon level. As I feared it was low, so the tech used his electronic leak detector and found the problem was in the attic air handler, which has had a lot of problems over the years. At this point I knew the jig was up, and asked for a price to replace all my equipment with new. --Two days later Jason, Obe, John, and Gary showed up and carefully pulled my dripping, rusty old air coil out of my attic (carefully wrapped in a tarp to protect my floor). They replaced ... but I was trying to make the existing units work as long as possible. "I called Joe and the team at around 9am and he showed up before noon to our home in Central Austin. Within an hour, he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was not able to get off work and be there, but we had someone there to let him in. He could have easily faked that it was some big problem needing major repair, but he was honest and isolated one specific part that needed cleaning and not even replacement. It made a huge difference and immediately returned the heater to operating status. He did point out a couple of possible upgrades for safety/efficiency reasons, but did not try to pressure us into anything. It was fast and affordable and I highly recommend this company."

"My heat was not working. Joe and Drew came out and determined it was a broken hot surface ignitor. They also replaced a weak blower capacitor. 30 mins later, problem fixed, and the house is back to nice and cozy. Nice professional guys."

"My furnace stopped working on New Years Eve and I called Precision at 6 in the morning. It is now New Years Day and Joe and Drew came out on their day off and installed the new furnace that I wanted. I appreciate their attitudes and willingness to get the job done on a holiday. "All i got to say is this is the best dam Company in Austin hands down. This last Summer i got home from work and my A/C was not working and it was well after midnight and I made several calls to 3 other major A/C company s and none of them could help me Till i called Precision&Heating; and Air and Joe came out with in the hour and fixed the problem. And i haven't had a problem since then.Also they do very good Work and clean up very well after there done with the job."

"Great service, personable employees My air conditioner broke down on a Sunday last summer and PH&A was the only service willing to come out within the day. They also recently came around to inspect my heating system. Both times the technician, Joe, was very nice and explained things well. He doesn't try to push services on you that you don't want - it really feels like they want to help you and not just get you to spend as much money as they can. "
